Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation timeline

Cancellations requested at least 5 business days before a scheduled session may qualify for a full refund of prepaid session fees.

Rescheduling timeline

Rescheduling requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be honored without an additional scheduling fee, subject to availability.

Work already performed

If preparation, facilitation, or delivery has already begun, refund amounts may be adjusted to reflect work completed and documented project expenses.

Non-refundable items

Customized deliverables, third-party pass-through charges, and completed facilitation hours are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
